Refund Policy & Terms

You can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase, for both digital downloads and AI tool runs.

• To request a refund, use our contact form, choose "Refund request", and use the email address you paid with.
• Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show the refund.
• After 7 days, purchases are final. If a file doesn't open or an AI result didn't generate, contact us at any time and we'll fix it or send a replacement.
• Once a refund is issued, your download link is no longer valid.

• Payments. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars, and taxes are added at checkout where required.
• Delivery. Digital downloads are delivered right after payment, on screen and by email. Download links work for 7 days and allow up to 5 downloads.
• License. Downloads are for your personal or business use. You may not resell, share or redistribute the files.
• AI tools. Results are generated by AI from what you enter. Review them before use, including checking that names are available and trademarks are clear. You own the text generated for you.
• No guarantees. Guides share general information and ideas. Results such as income or engagement are not guaranteed.

We collect your email address and what you enter into AI tools only to deliver your order and reply to you. Card details are handled by Stripe, and we never see or store them. We don't sell your information.
